Es gibt keine geschlechtsneutrale Alternative im Plural. Fans ist schon in Ordnung. Du kannst von Bewundererin, Liebhaberin sprechen, aber eine Fanin gibt es so wenig wie Faninnen. Bei Freak ist es übrigens genauso.

Die Mehrzahl von Fan ist ja Fans, aber ist die Mehrzahl von Fanin dann Fanins oder Faninnen?
